ESRC – Media Engagement

The ESRC commissioned a best practice booklet to help researchers effectively communicate their findings to the media — whether targeting academic audiences, government, or business.

For the visual design, I created a bold  light trail forming the shape of an ‘M’, symbolising media. The trail incorporated RGB colours, referencing digital communication. Inside, the booklet used bold, two-colour illustrations set against halftone backgrounds — a visual nod to traditional print media — to underscore the evolution from print to digital channels.
